Jelly Bean Row House Hand Painted Bottle

 I paint these upcycled  bottles with attention to detail in my crooked painting style.  I paint using classic, vibrant colour combinations to capture Jelly Bean Rowhouses.! These houses in St. John's are well known. These colourful houses are located on the windy streets and steep hills of downtown St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador. The bright colours helped sailors find their way home from the harbour. Although this still could be true, undoubtedly it could also  be a legend. I love the idea. I rigorously clean them using safe household products, and subsequently, they are safe to use.  Some bottles will have pourers, others will have stoppers. I can attest that the bottles are great for storing vinegar, oils, dish liquid, and the like. They come in 3 sizes, small beer bottle, a large wine bottle or a large wine bottle with LED battery operated lights.

Washing instructions:

Glassware is individually hand painted. Do not wash in dishwasher. Hand wash carefully, not leaving the item in soak in dish liquid. Wash your glassware in lukewarm water with mild dish soap. Hot water can cause the glass to crack. The best way to clean the dirty glassware is to use a soft sponge attached to a handle in order to reach tough spots. Make sure to avoid using anything stiff, which can potentially scratch the surface.
